Welcome to Sing With Sarah. These Terms of Service govern your use of singwithsarah.co, our online courses, and our coaching and lesson services. By purchasing, enrolling, or using anything we offer, you agree to these terms.
This site and its services are operated by Sing With Sarah, located in Pasco, Washington. You can reach us at hi@singwithsarah.co.
Who Can Use Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase on your own behalf. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase and agree to these terms for you.
Purchases and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
Promotional pricing, including flash sale and early bird rates, is available only during the stated window and cannot be applied retroactively.
Access to Courses and Materials
When you purchase an online course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials for your own use. Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, access continues for as long as the course remains available on our platform.
We may update, improve, or modify course content at any time.
Lessons and Coaching Sessions
Live lessons and coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, audio, workbooks, exercises, written materials, and downloadable resources, is owned by Sing With Sarah and protected by copyright.
You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, record, screen-capture, publicly post, or use our materials to teach or train others. Your login is for you alone and may not be shared. Violating this may result in your access being revoked without refund.
Your Content
If you submit recordings, assignments, questions, or other material to us, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to view it, respond to it, and use it to support your learning. We will not share or publish your submissions publicly without your written permission.
Results and Disclaimers
We are committed to your growth as a singer. That said, results depend on your practice, consistency, and individual circumstances. We make no guarantee of any specific vocal outcome, career result, or income.
Our services are educational. They are not medical care. If you have a vocal injury, pain, or a health condition affecting your voice, please see a qualified medical professional.
Conduct
Please treat instructors and fellow students with respect. We may suspend or terminate access for harassment, abusive behavior, sharing login credentials, or violating these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sing With Sarah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent version. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
